I really like your "based on blogs from last Monday" feature. I would like to get to that point with my reading. Give me time and I will. ;)
Sounds like you have a great reading week ahead - I hop eyou enjoy Shiver, I thought it was awesome...I have yet to read Catching Fire...it looks great!
J. Kaye,
Yes, since I buy my books with my meager teacher budget, and mostly with my own money, I only buy books when there's been a lot of conversation by other bloggers. That may also be why it takes me a while to read purchase certain books - I'm waiting for the paperback.
Book Crazy Jenn,
Catching Fire was so awesome that I went into a book depression for a day where I wasn't ready to give the characters up and I was mad/sad at the author.
Cat, I understand. We do, however, have an awesome library system. That's the reason I have really worked hard to support them.
J. Kaye,
Great point - I really need to use our public library more. With the budget cuts and the closing of some of our libraries, they need all the patrons to rally around and use their services.
Cat, that is so true. If not for Gustov and Katrina funding to boost our library system, we'd be in the same spot as others. What I have noticed is there seems to be more patrons, but they are using the computers, not checking out books.
You are going to read two good books in Shiver and What I Saw.
